Fae has a rich dance background in classical ballet, modern, contemporary and commercial jazz, as well as hip hop and heels choreography dance styles. She is also an All-Star west coast swing dancer and instructor.
Once she has discovered Brazilian zouk, however, it has become her main passion, and these days she dedicates the majority of her training time to perfecting her dance skills and broadening her knowledge base in this style of partner dancing. She currently teaches and performs around the US with her partner Bruno Miranda and runs the Zouk Immersion dance course and dance company across several locations, such as the Zouk Immersion program in Denver, the Zouk Immersion couple dance course in OC / Long Beach, the Zouk in the Valley weekly adult dance classes and the KiZouk Immersion monthly intensive and social dance event in LA.
Bruno has been on the social dance scene of his hometown Braga, Portugal since he was 14 years old dancing, performing and doing salsa classes and kizomba lessons as well as numerous other Latin dances.
Since his move to the US he’s been mainly focusing on zouk training and teaching around the country with his partner Fae Olga Hermann, performing in ISDC Brazilian zouk dance company for a while and later co-directing Ivo Vieira Zouk and Kizomba dance team along with his cousin Ivo and his partner Fae. Bruno is currently managing a social dance company of his own, while still continuing his training learning from the best dance professionals in the world.
